Payment Policy
Payment should be made to Closet.
We accept cheques (7 working days clearance required) Paypal, bank transfer, postal order, debit and credit cards (via telephone)
Exchange & Refund Policy
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Agreed refunds will be less any postage costs.
Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
This does not apply to items which can not be returned for hygiene reasons (pierced products).
Please note-that there is no exchange or refund on sale products.
